Arsenal Women have confirmed an historic shift for the 2025–26 season: all 11 of their Women’s Super League (WSL) home games will now be played at the Emirates Stadium.

This represents a deliberate evolution after the team gradually brought more WSL matches to the Emirates—three in 2022–23, six in 2023–24, and nine last season—seeing average attendances rise to around 34,000 and reach a peak of 56,748 during the February north‑London derby. Arsenal sold over 415,000 tickets across all women’s fixtures in 2024–25, marking a 20% increase year‑on‑year.

Club officials have stressed that this move is rooted in fan engagement and ambition. Managing Director Richard Garlick noted it “allows more opportunities for our community, and a new generation of supporters to watch the European champions,” pointing to momentum gained since lifting the Champions League trophy two weeks earlier. Head coach Renée Slegers added that the Emirates elevates pride, belonging, and drive among players and fans—and hinted it’s “just the beginning” of Arsenal’s growth trajectory.

Although all WSL home games will shift to the Emirates, the team will continue using Meadow Park in Borehamwood (Mangata Pay UK Stadium) for UWCL group-stage matches, plus domestic cup fixtures like the Women’s FA Cup and Women’s League Cup. Knockout rounds in Europe will also return to the Emirates if Arsenal advance.

In addition, Arsenal is launching a dedicated Emirates Stadium Season Ticket for the women’s team, allowing fans to reserve seats across all WSL games. They’ll also offer six-game bundles at discounted rates, with official ticket sales starting in July

On social media, supporters responded with excitement. Reddit users in r/Gunners celebrated the announcement:

“This allows more people than ever to experience a WSL matchday…”

Momentum is clearly building—not just on the pitch but in the stands. The move underscores Arsenal’s position as pioneers in women’s football, creating a consistent, high-profile home and inspiring increased ambition across the WSL.
