Bruno Fernandes is set to make his 300th appearance for Manchester United in their upcoming Premier League clash against Brighton & Hove Albion, and ahead of that milestone he has reiterated his commitment to the club.

Fernandes, who joined Manchester United in January 2020, has been at the heart of the side for nearly six years. He revealed that he could have accepted a lucrative move this summer to a Saudi club — Al Hilal reportedly offered around £100 million — but ultimately chose to stay.

He made clear that, although there have been external discussions about his future, he and his agent will not speak to anyone about a move until after the upcoming World Cup next summer. “I’ve seen a lot of people talking that I had an agreement to go already next season. If the club has done that agreement, it wasn’t with me,” he said.

Fernandes also gave credit to United’s new-signings, describing them as the kind of personalities the club needs. He singled out Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, Benjamin Sesko and Senne Lammens for their character and early impact at Old Trafford.

On his ambitions with the club, Fernandes was clear: despite already winning trophies like the FA Cup and EFL Cup, his sights remain set on major honours — namely the Premier League title and the Champions League. “Everyone knows my aim is to win the Premier League and the Champions League,” he said.

As Fernandes prepares for appearance number 300, the spotlight remains not just on his personal milestone but on his role in a rebuilding United squad. With his contract running until June 2028, the message from the midfielder is unambiguous: he’s still all-in at Old Trafford.
